Our Cross-Cultural Mission Committee's aim is to raise the profile of missionaries and to work with members of the congregation who are called to missionary service. We regularly have families from our congregation training and working in mission situations overseas.

Please pray for Dan and Heather as they have a busy month of teaching. They will lead a Discipleship Training Week aimed at reaching young Christians and unbelievers in their local community. Then their entire team has a fortnight's teaching trip through Taiwan, including some outlying islands, encouraging local churches and building relationships.

Frank and Jenny Higham
Missionaries serving overseas!

Frank and Jenny Higham arrived in Mt Hagen, Papua New Guinea on April 30 to begin their assignment with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF). Frank will be part of a team of aircraft engineers responsible for the maintenance of 14 aircraft, which fly over rugged terrain into remote airstrips serving isolated communities. Jenny will be offering support to homeschooling families in Mt Hagen and on the isolated bases. MAF supports both expatriate missionaries and national pastors and teachers through the means of aviation and technology. It's vision is to help bring about the physical and spiritual transformation of isolated peoples in Christ's name. As well as the spiritual aspects of this ministry, MAF carrys out medical evacuations and transports coffee and other produce from the Highlands to the lowlands.
