The Marriage Course

The Marriage Course is very practical, giving any married couple the tools to build a strong and healthy marriage that lasts a lifetime.

The course provides them with practical tools to strengthen their relationship, and it gives them the time and space to discuss any difficult issues. The hope is it will help them to break bad habits and create good ones to enable their marriage to grow.

Over eight evenings spent together, couples talk about important issues that can get swept under the carpet in the rush of daily life.

The course covers:

• recognizing each other's needs
• learning to communicate effectively
• resolving conflict
• healing past hurts
• knowing how to make each other feel loved
• relating to parents and in-laws
• good sex
• making time for each other and having fun together.

We want to encourage all married couples to come on the course. Our aim is that it won't just attract those in crisis, but that it will be an opportunity for any couple to invest in their marriage. There are no group discussions, rather, during each session couples are given time to talk privately.
