Small Groups/Life Groups

The best way to get connected at Whangaparaoa Baptist Church is to join a home/life group. We have groups that meet together both daytime and evenings, mostly weekly, but some fortnightly. Each group has its own identity and style, but within all groups there is an emphasis on growing in Christ, developing strong relationships, praying for one another, and giving pratical help and support to each other.

Prayer

There are lots of opportunities to be involved in prayer.  On Sundays there is prayer before each service. Early morning prayer is held each weekday morning. Prayer Newsletters are produced each month & special Prayer Events are advertised periodically in the church newsletter. If you are wanting prayer for yourself or for someone else, then there is prayer offered at the end of or during each of our three Sunday services. Our Elders and members of the Prayer Team will be happy to pray with you.
